How long can I hire the bouncy castle for?

You can hire the bouncy castle for the length of time that suits you although we usually specify that delivery and collection time is no earlier than 8am and that collection is by 8pm. The rates on the website are for one day’s hire, although you may also hire the bouncy castle for multiple days at a slightly discounted rate.

What time will the bouncy castle be delivered and collected?

The bouncy castle will be delivered and collected at a time that suits you, between 8am and 8pm. We would suggest that the delivery time is at least an hour before your party begins.

How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the bouncy castle?

The bouncy castles take approx 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only a guide and times may vary slightly.

How much space do I need for the castle?

This depends on the size of the castle you are hiring, but generally you will need a clear area of at least 2ft either side of the bouncy castle around 6ft longer than the size of the castle you are hiring. If you are using the bouncy castle for indoor use, please check with us the height of the bouncy castle.

The ground should be quite level and no sharp bushes or objects should be near enough to come into contact with the castle. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, patio furniture, rubbish etc are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.

Are you insured?

Yes we have public liability insurance.

Do I have to make any payment upfront?

No, payment is required upon delivery, either by cash or cheque.

What if the weather is bad?

We will be in contact with you in the case of poor weather. We regret that the bouncy castle cannot be hired for outdoor use in heavy rain or windy weather for health and safety reasons. However our bouncy castles can be used indoors so you may wish to find an indoor venue which is big enough to accommodate the bouncy castle. We will not charge if you cancellation is due to poor weather.

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

We will not charge any cancellation fee if the hire cannot go ahead due to bad weather. However, we ask that if you wish to cancel a booking that you give us as much notice as possible. If less than 24 hours notice is given we will charge 25% of the cost of the hire.

Is there a delivery charge?

We deliver and collect free of charge within ten miles of the GU9 postcode area. For anything outside this area we will charge £2.50 per mile over the ten mile mark.

Do you charge VAT on top of the hire price?

No there is no VAT to pay on top of the hire fee.
